Returns Policy
Any Food, Grocery or Edible items can't be returned due to Health & Safety Concerns. We would Replace/ Refund for any order where we have made an error. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that for any orders exceeding $500, cancellation is not possible after 48 hours from the time of order placement. This policy is due to the allocation of inventory, which cannot be reversed after the 48-hour window.

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. In order to benefit our customers with lower prices and to avoid Fraud, we ship all orders once we receive the Payment i.e your Credit Card payment is cleared.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These are estimated shipping dates, holidays and any courier delays are not accounted.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. One time $20 Off Promotion on first order applies only on orders over $500 or more. We offer several shipping options including expedited, ground and additional cold packs. We recommend that you consider your local weather conditions and choose an appropriate shipping method while placing an order. Furthermore, we still take utmost care at the origin while shipping, but it's customer's responsibility to ensure that local weather conditions are not adverse and Temperature sensitive products are not left at the porch after delivery. Certain Products could be Temperature sensitive, we ship all over the country, and we suggest you check your local weather condition which might affect product condition. We do not assume the responsibility for products which are damaged during Transportation due to but not limited to Nature's Elements & Act of God. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
