Koulourakia are hand-rolled Greek cookies – flavored with vanilla, orange, ouzo, anise or mastiha – that are twisted into small braids. Traditionally served during the Easter and Christmas holidays, these wonderfully dunkable, not-too-sweet cookies have a crispy exterior and softer interior.
